TOT is a medical treatment to address low testosterone levels in individuals through the administration of bioidentical testosterone.

An alternative treatment is oral Clomiphene, or Clomid. This is prescribed off-label to boost testosterone levels in men. It works by stimulating the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, leading to increased production of testosterone. Fertility is preserved.

TOT is prescribed to individuals with clinically low testosterone levels, often resulting in symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, and mood changes.

In our program, Testosterone can be administered through injections or topical creams. Clomiphene is taken orally as a capsule. The choice depends on individual preferences and medical considerations.

TOT can improve energy levels, mood, muscle mass, bone density, and sexual function in individuals with low testosterone. 

Possible side effects, including acne, fluid retention, and mood changes, may occur with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Rare but serious risks, such as cardiovascular issues and potential effects on the prostate, exist. Discuss these risks with your healthcare provider during your consultation. Yes, testosterone therapy can impact fertility by suppressing natural testosterone and sperm production. Strategies like clomiphene citrate or gonadorelin may be used alongside testosterone therapy to mitigate this impact. Consultation with your healthcare professional is crucial to address fertility concerns and tailor the treatment plan accordingly. 

Gonadorelin, an injectable or oral GnRH agonist, can preserve fertility in men on testosterone therapy. It stimulates GnRH release, triggering LH and FSH production, maintaining natural testosterone and sperm production (Supplementary charges will be added).

Regular blood tests are conducted to assess testosterone levels, ensuring they stay within the optimal range. Adjustments to the treatment plan may be made based on these results.

Individual responses vary, but improvements in symptoms may be noticed within a few weeks to a few months.

The duration of TOT varies based on individual needs and health conditions. Some individuals may require long-term treatment, while others might see improvements and discontinue therapy under medical supervision.
