Body Contouring - PHYSIQ

The treatment areas include the abdomen, arms, inner thighs, outer thighs, quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks, back sides/flanks, and calves. 

The abdomen, buttocks and back sides/flanks treatment lasts 36 minutes. Treatments for the inner thighs, outer thighs, and arms take 28 minutes.

Five treatments are recommended to complete the series, performed weekly or bi-weekly based on protocol. Maintenance treatments can be monthly or bi-monthly, with or without SDM, after completing the series. Additional treatments may be needed to achieve the desired results. 

To Ensure the Most Comfortable Treatment and Optimal Results, the Below Items Should Be Strictly Followed:

• Avoid Sun Exposure (4 Weeks)
• Suspend Accutane Use (4-6 Months)
• No Aspirin (7 Days)
• No Skin Lightening Products
• Treatment Area to Be Clean Shaven
• No Spray Tan, Lotion, Deodorant, or Makeup
• Remove All Jewelry
• No Cell Phone in Pocket
• Proper H2O Intake (3-4 Days Prior)

Post-Treatment Care for PHYSIQ:

• Deep Self-Massage: Massage the treated area with PHYSIQ post-care lotion using firm pressure for at least 2 minutes immediately after treatment and twice daily throughout your series.
• Increase H2O Intake: Hydrate well before and after treatment to help flush the lymphatic system.
• Limit Alcohol: Reduce alcohol intake for 3-4 days post-treatment and overall to maximize results.
• Exercise & Body Temperature: Light exercise is fine, but avoid strenuous activities for 48 hours and activities that elevate body temperature (hot tubs, saunas) for 2-3 days.
• Avoid Direct Sun Exposure: Stay out of the sun for 2 weeks post-treatment. If exposure is unavoidable, cover the treated area and use SPF 50+ sunblock.
